POSH payouts are automatically set to deposit on a rolling daily basis. However, you can switch to manual payouts at any time to transfer your balance directly to the bank account or debit card you have on file!

To switch to Manual Payouts, first, click the 

 switch. After switching the Payout Schedule, click 

Once the modal shown below appears, you can immediately type in the amount you would like to transfer and select the speed at which you'd like the transfer to take place.
