POSH Teams makes it easier than ever before to manage your partners, hosts, and door crew. Below we'll walk you through how to manage your team, attribute sales, and offer promotional discounts!

POSH Teams is built to allow for unlimited permissions customization depending on each Team Member's status.

First, to add a Team Member, click "Add Team Member" in the top right of the dashboard. Then if they are already a POSH user you can add them by searching via email or phone number.

Don't worry, if they aren't a POSH user you can still add them. Just fill out the required information: First name, Last name, Email, and Phone number.

As shown in the screenshot below, you can select to add Team Membe as a Doorman, Host, or Admin.

Once you select a role, you can click "Edit Permissions" to customize the Team Member's access on a feature-by-feature basis.

Once permissions are assigned, click "+ Add" to enter the Team Member's full name and email and send them an invite to accept the role assigned to them!

You can track Team Member Invites based on each Team Member's login activity. Once a Host accepts their invite, you can track Host Sales by scrolling down on the Team Dashboard.

Hosts have access to their own accounts where they can view their clicks, tickets sold, and the full name of each Attendee who purchases through their unique Tracking Link. Hosts can create their own Sub-Tracking Links which also attribute sales to their account.

If you click the "i" icon you can see a breakdown of the tickets sold by your host, including which tickets their referred attendees have purchased, revenue generated, and gender ratio.

Access Tracking Links by scrolling past Host Sales on the Team Dashboard. Create Tracking Links to measure the success of marketing campaigns or to quickly give a promoter a way to track their sales without registering as a Host. Any POSH Text Blast with the Link & Flyer attached will automatically create a Tracking Link for the associated event.

Providing exclusive discounts can be crucial to a successful event.

On POSH, you can create a Promo Code that either discounts a Flat or Percentage Amount from the order total. You can also limit the promo code amount and use to a certain Ticket Type, so that Attendees don't buy a table with that 25% off code :)
