Event Attendees
POSH provides the most advanced attendee management tools on the market. View order details, filter and sort your audience, and send mass texts to everyone within seconds. Below we'll walk you through how to filter and sort attendees, send an announcement to a select group, and manage customer support!
To Filter Attendees, select the Filter Icon on the top left of the screen. Once the modal shown below appears, you can choose to Filter to only show a specific segment of attendees on your Attendee Dashboard, or to Sort to re-arrange your Attendee Dashboard to reflect certain statistics.
You can Filter Attendees by the following attributes:
- Gender
- Tags
- Tickets Purchased
- Tracking Links
You can Sort Attendees by the following attributes:
- Attendees (Newest to Oldest, Oldest to Newest)
- Total Spend (Highest to Lowest, Lowest to Highest)
- Tickets Purchased (Most to Least, Least to Most)
- Last Purchased (Newest to Oldest, Oldest to Newest)
You can also Sort any Filtered Audience to provide even further analytics for your audience segmentation.
Among our many unique features, our SMS Blasts are known globally for surging event revenue and keeping attendees more engaged than ever. To utilize SMS Blasts, click the "Text" Icon in the top middle of the screen. Once the modal shown below appears, you can type a message of up to 160 characters right into the text box.
Click "Insert First Name" to add a variable that will be unique to each recipient's first name.
Click "Attach Event Link & Flyer" to automatically create a campaign-specific Tracking Link and promote upsells, sharing with friends, and re-orders. When your message is complete, click send and you're good to go!
Our Mailchimp integration, is one of our many distinctive features, to help boost your event income and keep guests more engaged than before.
Click "+ Create New List", then create a title for the list. After you have created a title you can then import the attendee's data to Mailchimp to start a email campaign.
POSH makes customer support easy with the ability to contact, refund, and resend tickets to any Attendee right from your POSH Dashboard. To access an Attendee's Order Details, click the "i" Icon to the far right of any attendee's name on the Event Attendees Dashboard. On the Order Details page, you can perform any of the following actions:
- View Order Details
- Contact the Attendee via Phone, Email, or Instagram
