Event Visuals
Where is the event taking place? Is it a nice venue? Who's the DJ? What's the theme? These are the most common questions we all hear from attendees before they purchase tickets. Event Visuals help you paint the full picture of the experience you're creating on POSH - giving you the ability to drive conversions through the roof!
Flyer - The flyer is the first image any site visitor will see when they click your event link. Make sure to include relevant information while keeping your flyer simplistic. Need help creating a flyer? Contact us at [email protected] and will connect you with one of our in-house designers :)
Event Accent Color - The Event Accent Color defines the theme of your event page. Just as #ffcc00 (POSH Yellow) defines the POSH brand throughout the platform, your accent color will be displayed throughout your event page to emphasize your brand and the theme of your experience. Just click the currently selected color to update your Event Accent Color anytime.
Youtube Link - Paste any Youtube link into this field to display an embedded youtube video before the Event Description on your event page.
Light Mode - Dark mode is sick. But sometimes you host a day party, charity event, or another type of experience where light mode encompasses the theme better. Click the switch and you're good to go!
YouTube Video - Add a YouTube video directly onto your event page.
Event Song - You can add a Spotify song to play as attendees browse through your event page! Use this to highlight someone on your lineup, or just get set the vibe with some music.
Venue Pictures - Venue Pictures give event page visitors a great idea of what to expect before they purchase tickets. Click the "+" symbol under "Venue Pictures" to upload images from your device. You can add, remove, edit, or reorder Venue Pictures anytime. You can usually find great pictures on a venue's website or Instagram, so we highly suggest utilizing this feature before marketing your event page.
Lineup - Emphasize the performers you booked by utilizing the Lineup tool. Click the "+" symbol under "Lineup" to input the name, profile picture, and relevant link for each artist performing at your event. You can add, remove, edit, or reorder artists at any time to make sure everyone is being represented correctly.
Gallery - At the bottom of the visuals page, you will find the Gallery button. Here, you can create a space for attendees to see the photos and videos that were taken at your event. Add a description to go along with your gallery, or add a link to a YouTube video recapping your event.
