Tag Attendees
POSH Tags give you the power to add custom attributes to every Attendee, further segmenting your audience by whatever variable you can think of!
To add a Tag to an individual Attendee, select your attendees and then click the "Tags" column on the Marketing Dashboard. Once the modal shown below appears, you can select any Tag you've created before, or create a new Tag to apply to the selected Attendee.
To add a Tag to multiple Attendees, click the Circular Selector Icon next to each Attendee you would like to Tag. Click TAG in the top middle of the Marketing Dashboard to show the Tag modal shown below. Now, you can select any Tag you've created before, or create a new Tag to apply to the selected Attendees.
TIP: We suggest filtering and/or sorting your Attendees by different variables, like total spend or # of tickets purchased, then adding Tags to Attendees once filters are applied to keep track of your most loyal guests.
To remove a Tag, hover over the Tag in the "Tags" column on the Marketing Dashboard. Once the Tag Name changes to "REMOVE", click to remove the selected Tag.
