Text Blast Attendees
Among our many unique features, our SMS Blasts are known globally for surging event revenue and keeping attendees more engaged than ever. To utilize SMS Blasts, choose recipients via the selector on the left. Once you've selected your recipient attendees, the SMS Blast button will appear. Once the modal shown below appears, you can type a message of up to 160 characters right into the text box.
Click "Insert First Name" to add a variable unique to each recipient's first name.
Click "Attach Event Link & Flyer" to select an upcoming event and automatically add a campaign-specific Tracking Link that attaches to your message. When your message is complete, click send and watch tickets fly!
Track the clicks and revenue generated from each SMS campaign by navigating to the Event Team page and scrolling down to Tracking Links.
To check the Status of a Text Blast, click "View SMS Campaigns" on the Marketing Dashboard.
From the SMS Campaigns page, you can view an overview of all recent blasts, their overall deliverability, and any Tracking Links associate with each one if "Attach Event Link" was selected upon sending a Text Blast.
To view the deliverability of a Text Blast on an attendee-by-attendee basis, click "View Delivery Rate".
From the Text Blast Breakdown page, you can view the status of every individual text sent, click the little arrow button to better understand which of your Attendees have unsubscribed from Text Blasts or given the wrong number. As we scale, we will require phone number verification to reduce the number of failed texts sent in each blast.
